I would like to know if anyone would share their show pig "recipe".  Currently, I have two young daughters showing- pigs are about 185# and we want to get some covering (finish) on them.  They seem to have plenty of muscle.  I would really like to mix up a slop for them- but I don't really know what to mix.  I am currently feeding a pellet feed from Morman (Sunglow).  It is an 18% protein feed.  I've got some liquid fat- but they don't care for too much of this as a top dressing.

Any help?  Thanks.

These show-type pigs will be fine to raise this year, especially once it warms up, but the fact that they aren’t what I wanted pushes me ever closer to getting my own breeding stock, nice thick farm pigs, of course.
