| I agree it looks as a hernia that has ruptured. Even if you could get her to a vet, they would need to do surgery and in our experience the pig will rupture agian. As long as there is no infection you can keep medicating the way you are. If she has infection you can give antibiotics, to help her. But otherwise there is really nothing that can be done.
