I have a 4 month of show pig that just came up with these symptoms today:
head tilt to right, stiffness in legs and stumbling to right, dehydrated, temp is on the high end of normal, seen eating and drinking but is generally not getting up unless needed. At first I thought that the head tilt was the result of kids not paying attention when washing this weekend and getting too much water in the ear, but then I saw the rest.... ANY ideas at all would be so helpful!
Thanks!

This is probably too late...I didn't see this until today. But, it sounds like symptoms I've seen where the pig has a bleeding ulcer and is anemic. If this is the case, you posted back on Dec. 8th, I would not expect the pig to survive until the 22nd when I posted.
If it did it more than likely wasn't an ulcer.

Thank you for the help! He is still going! His head is still a little crooked but his balance is about 90% and he is eating a gaining! I am sure that the judge is going to look at him a little funny in the show ring, but we are just happy that he is going to make it there! (knock on wood, we still have 26 days). I will definitely keep your advice in my back pocket if something like this ever comes up again!

It sounds like it is not ulcer related. It does sound like an equilibrium problem.
If you haven't already you might look into the pig's ear and see if you see anything. I'm not sure what part of the country you are located in. But, sometimes during the year when ticks are a problem, they might attach themselves inside the ear and cause such symptoms.

| Good call! I cleaned the ears with a rag and alcohol, but I never went any farther. I am going to go a check that out right now! Thank you!
